The year 2033 marks the 2,000th anniversary of our Salvation. To prepare for that momentous jubilee, Bishop Deshotel is inviting the faithful of the Diocese of Lafayette (and beyond!) to join in a Great Novena. We began on September 14th, 2024 with the Feast of the Exaltation of the Cross and are in the midst of nine years of prayer and reflection to better dispose us to the grace of what God has done for two millennia and what he will do unto eternity.
